[Scmusenet] Register for 2008 SEMC Conference!

SEMC will be the week of October 9th in Birmingham, AL.
 
The SEMC Annual Meeting Registration Information is now on the website     at: http://www.semcdirect.net/education_and_programs/2008_annual_meeting/Registration%20Mailer.pdf.   
 
Several changes and/or improved activities for this year's meeting include: New and Improved Career Center; Trustees Registration; On-Line Registration; Tours of museums & historic sites close to the annual meeting location; Interactive Resource Expo; New Emerging Museum Professionals Award; and Improved Publication Design Competition Display.
 
Evening event museums/institutions include Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, Birmingham Civil Rights Institute, McWane Science Center, Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark and Vulcan Park & Museum.
