[Scmusenet] Member attendance and conversion rates

Hello everyone, 

 

I am new to the listserv and I am looking for information around 2 topics.
As we start a new fiscal year, I have been looking at membership numbers and
I am trying to set accurate goals based on the industry standards for
membership attendance and conversion rates. 

 

I have searched through ACM's Metrics Report and found some information, but
I was wondering if any of you out there have resources that you use to come
up with these numbers. Particularly conversion - I haven't been able to find
a lot of information, so I am wondering if you all track your "front desk"
conversion rates and if so how you do?
