Local reenactors of the South Carolina Rangers will be at Walnut Grove
Plantation on Saturday, February 7, from 11:00-4:00.  They will be
demonstrating camp cooking techniques of the Revolutionary period as well as
fire making skills and other military survival techniques.  Militia drills
and weapons demonstrations will occur throughout the day.  The guided tours
of the house will be available on the hour with the last beginning at 4:00.
The cost is $6.00 for adults, $3.00 for Ages 6-17, and Free for Ages 5 &
under.  Bring a picnic and make a day of it!
