today! Rodger Stroup and I met with our representative about the IMLS
legislation and we need you to do the same!
The more messages our eight representatives receive, the better they
will understand that we need additional support.
If you work for a state agency, please use your personal email - or you
can download the letter and fax it.

The deadline for Representatives to sign on to the 2010
Tonko/Slaughter/Lance Museum letter is TOMORROW March 31, 2010.
Representatives who sign on to the letter are making a public statement
about their support for the museums they represent, and it's important
that as many legislators as possible sign on to the letter before
tomorrow's deadline. Once the letter is closed, it will be sent to the
members of the House Appropriations Committee urging them to fund the
Office of Museum Services at the Institute of Museum and Library
Services at $50 million for FY11.
If your Representative HAS NOT yet signed on to this letter, please call
